Birthing suites
There are six modern birthing rooms. Each one has a large ensuite with a bath and a shower. Each room also has wireless monitoring, so you can move around freely during labour.
Maternity ward
The maternity ward has 23 private rooms, each with its own ensuite. The rooms have large windows, a television and a phone.
Special Care Nursery
The hospital has a Special Care Nursery. It provides extra care for babies born after 34 weeks.
Your care team
At St George Private Hospital, your care is shared by a team. This can include obstetricians, midwives, anaesthetists, sonographers, breastfeeding specialists, physiotherapists and paediatricians.

Gynaecological surgery at Kogarah

There is a multi-storey car park with 131 spaces. You reach it from Hogben Street. There is also limited underground parking under the hospital, which you enter from South Street. Two-hour street parking is available around the hospital as well.
Accessible parking is in the car park under the hospital, with the entrance just to the left of the hospital's main entrance. Parking fees apply — the current rates are on the hospital's website.
Public transport
